You’ll be staying in one of our own rental homes — and that’s meant literally: Brian owns and furnished each one, right down to the golf cart that comes with it. So if something comes up during your stay, you’re not emailing a management company in another state; you’re calling Brian, and he’s ten minutes away.

Your week, handled

  • A conversation before you come — when to visit, which airport makes sense, how long to stay. February and July here are two different towns, and we’ll tell you so. We only book these for dates when Brian is here in Florida, since having him with you is the whole point.
  • Airport transportation available — a driver we know and use, arranged for you.
  • One of our rental homes — furnished, centrally located, and booked on our own rental site, TheVillagesAccess.com.
  • A golf cart with the home — because you cannot understand this place from a car.
  • A real welcome — Brian comes by, shows you how everything works, and answers the questions you’d rather not ask a stranger.
  • A guided orientation — the squares, the amenities, and how the areas actually differ. Not a sales tour.
  • Brian nearby all week — ten minutes away if you need anything.
  • Home tours when you’re ready — Brian is a licensed Florida agent, so if you want to look at homes while you’re here, you already have one.
